We've been with Kintsugi for several months now. The best thing when we first started was that they were able to onboard us with almost all 50 states we hit nexus with simultaneously with ease and frankly everything has been smooth sailing from there. They are connected to our Shopify, and we just approve the filings each month/quarter. Simple as that. Literally Sales tax filings are just one thing we don't need to worry about anymore.

I like the dashboard - I can easily see what needs to be actioned. The customer support is pretty good - things are actioned timely when we reach out.
