Kintsugi has made handling sales tax so much easier. We used to work with an agency that did everything manually. We had no clarity on when states would be filed nor the ability to approve them on a state by state basis. We also had low visibility on nexus within states. Kintsugi is the 2025 modern approach to sales tax and has made life a lot easier for a process (sales tax registration and filings) that sucks for everyone anyway. Support has been awesome as well.
