The UI is the standout. It's intuitive enough that I can move through it quickly and show someone else how to use it without much explaining, which matters when you're the only IT person at a small school. Support has been good too. When I had questions they got on a call and helped me brainstorm solutions instead of just pointing me at documentation.

Iru handles the part of device management that used to eat the most of our time: getting a new hire's laptop enrolled and compliant without an IT person walking them through it. Enrollment is a link and a passcode, and the profile install takes a few minutes. Deprovisioning is just as clean — when someone leaves, we cut access in one place alongside Okta instead of chasing endpoints. For a small team without dedicated IT, that's the whole value.

Above all, Iru is easy to use and doesn’t bog staff down with training or require them to read extensive documentation, while still remaining a very powerful and customizable tool for our environment.
