The response quality is what won us over in the first place. When we ran a side-by-side scoring exercise against two other RFP tools during our evaluation, Inventive came out well ahead on the “good, usable answer” rate. It also helps by telling us where to spend our review time, instead of forcing us to re-check everything. The AI writer inside the document editor (for generating narrative sections, not just Q&A) has been a nice addition as well. Overall good value for money compare to other players in the market.

It handles our biggest questionnaires we ran one recently with around 1,200 questions and for repeat RFPs the answers mostly hold with just small updates here and there. The label + Knowledge Hub setup fits how we organize our reporting and security content, and being able to set AI instructions globally, per project, or per question is exactly what I was looking for. The question extraction has also worked a lot better than when we started. It’s giving me around 422x ROI, which is a lot, and it’s saving me tons of time.
