Our company manages multiple products, and with previous tools we often faced issues where AI mixed information from different products in the same response. This created confusion, especially for RFPs and security questionnaires. Inventive solved this with its labeling system, allowing us to keep product knowledge separate and generate responses from the correct content source. Another feature we value is the built-in citations. Every generated answer links back to the original source document, making verification much easier for our team and reducing the time spent checking responses manually.

Inventive AI offers some strong enterprise features and useful integrations. It helps generate accurate, contextual answers based on our existing knowledge hub, which makes it easier to get the right information when we need it.

The platform is very easy to learn and use, even for team members who don't work on RFPs every day. Having a centralized workspace made collaboration much smoother. During our evaluation, we used the Generate Outline feature to quickly create a structured proposal from a live RFP. The Extract Questions and Auto-Generate features helped organize requirements and draft responses efficiently. We also found the Go/No-Go analysis and compliance check tools useful for identifying gaps before submission.
