Our team really values Inventive’s content management and the quality of its responses. Before moving to Inventive, our sales team tried a lot of other vendors for sales workflows, but none were as good as Inventive. We especially like that many AI features are native to the dashboard, rather than just layered on top. The overall UI is also great, and it makes the experience feel smooth and well put together.

The biggest win for us has been how Inventive handles a large Q&A library. With our previous tool, keeping the library clean and deduplicated was a constant headache. Even small wording changes could create duplicate entries, and as the library grew, those duplicates became increasingly difficult to manage.<br><br>Inventive’s document-first approach is a much better fit for our workflow. Rather than depending on a perfectly maintained list of Q&A pairs, the AI can interpret the underlying content and surface the most relevant information.<br><br>The auto-generate feature is also very strong. It includes source citations, shows a confidence level for each answer, and flags when there isn’t enough information instead of simply making something up. That focus on accuracy is one of the main reasons we like Inventive.

What we like most about Inventive is that it doesn’t make things up. Accuracy was one of our main criteria when evaluating RFP tools, and Inventive stood out because its answers stay grounded in our own content. We use Inventive to generate accurate first drafts based on our Knowledge Hub and internal documentation. That gives us a solid starting point to react to and refine, rather than beginning every response from a blank page.
