Inventive has made our RFP workflow much easier. We especially like the AI tools for extracting questions and tables, creating branded exports, and generating first drafts from our existing content. The Knowledge Hub gives us a central place to manage our content, while the SME assignment tools make it easier to coordinate reviews across the team. We have also been happy with how responsive the Inventive team has been to our feedback.

Compared with other AI RFP tools, Inventive AI offers many more AI-native features. They’re also constantly releasing new updates that are genuinely useful for responding to RFPs and proposals.

The biggest difference with Inventive is how well it understands the full RFP, rather than just matching individual questions to Q&A pairs. The answers also include inline citations back to the source content, which gives us much more confidence in where the information is coming from. We also found the platform much simpler and more straightforward than what we were using before. It doesn't feel like we're dealing with a lot of extra features we don't need. The Go/No-Go analysis has been particularly useful. We were able to use it on a live document to compare the requirements against what we already do, and the results were surprisingly good. During the POC, we used Inventive on three live bids and, after about an hour of setup, were already getting really good responses.
