Robust Accounting with Minor Improvements Needed
I appreciate the ability to do job costing with Intuit Enterprise Suite. It gives us the ability to track profitability on a job more in-depth. The dimensions feature helps by breaking down costs more granularly which is really useful for tracking job profitability. I also wanted to highlight that the software provides a full robust effect, which enhances its value for us.

Intuit/Quickbooks Predatory Pricing model
Its highly accessible because its a website. The interface is fine, though it changes constantly which isn't always great. The reliability has been mediocre. The real problem is customer service has steadily degraded over the years. In the beginning I could call somebody when things went wrong. But over the years that has gotten really bad. The banks integrations are mostly working, the pricing is not good. I do not like the AI features.
