It contributes to a smoother candidate experience and is particularly useful in high-volume recruitment, where it can save time. The tool is relatively easy to use, and navigation is generally straightforward. We have experienced few technical issues with Hubert overall, and it has performed reliably from a technical standpoint. The integration with Teamtailor works well and supports the overall workflow. Hubert’s candidate scoring is fairly consistent, and the pricing can be considered aligned with the value it provides. During and after implementation, we have received good support from Sara, which has helped with onboarding and ongoing use. The feature that identifies whether candidates may have used AI in their responses has also stood out as an interesting addition.
