Hubert gives us a lot more flexibility in how we recruit. The process is seamless for both candidates and our internal teams, and it allows us to handle changes in recruitment volume much more easily. Most importantly, it helps us shorten lead times without sacrificing quality or candidate experience.

I like that Hubert integrates with our app and applicant tracking software. Its SMS, WhatsApp, and email follow-ups help us get hold of candidates easily. Participation is much higher than with phone calls or video interviews—over 90% for some roles. I also like that it scores applications pretty accurately and asks follow-up questions based on candidates’ answers. The interview can stay short while Hubert digs deeper into areas where we want to better understand a candidate’s capabilities. Candidates pretty much unanimously say they enjoy the process. Setup was straightforward because Hubert handled it for us and designed interview processes for the roles we needed. They also have a great team that makes platform changes for us.
