I love the ease of use and interactive design when I go to create a post. I love the way that each of the fields are broken down in an easy to navigate manner especially bulk uploading photos and being able to drag them around and arrange them in the order of my choosing. I also enjoy being able to open up seperate window panes to tweak post copy for different platforms even though I may be putting out a post across many channels on the same content which allows for personalization. My personal favorite features are the use of campaigns and tags. I am a social media manager for one company with many portfolios so the campaigns allow me to utm code our links that ladder up to each portfolio and the tags help my data analysis under each portfolio. For example, we have a Floral portfolio that I utm code our links to, I then can categorize the content with tags such as "Event" or "Award" or anything of that manner. Which leads me into the robust reporting system. I really enjoy how many different metrics I am able to pull and different report styles, being able to pick and choose the widgets that make my reports stand out is priceless. It makes my job easier! Overall, the Hootsuite scheduler and reporting interface save me hours for my job daily so this is not all manual or dealt with in different platforms. The price of the tool is worth the time and energy I save while using it. I am diving deeper into the different AI integrations the platform has as well. My favorite feature is the recommended times to post, which in a previous time, would have taken manual data analysis to come up with. The overall performance of the tool makes it invaluable. I know that I can count on it for all aspects of my work. I do not use integrations currently with my workflow, but am interested in incorporating more. The support and onboarding we got from the team was very helpful in the early days and now it feels like a well oiled machine. I know that I could reach out to a member of the team should I need further help.

I use Hootsuite for social content scheduling, reporting, organization, and leadership shareouts. I love the reporting suite and think that the way metrics/data is displayed is very user-friendly and digestible. The export feature makes it easy to share out these results in a clean, easy-to-understand way. The initial setup was really smooth, and the account manager I had at the time was helpful! We saw significant cost savings switching from Emplifi, and Hootsuite offers unlimited connections in the platform.

I like Hootsuite's social listening capabilities, which I use for social listening and trend discovery. The initial setup of Hootsuite was fast.
