I also love that I can personalize the post in my own words if I wanted to. If it's a Friday night and I want to schedule the post for Monday at 8am, I can easily schedule posts too. I can also see how many employees have posted this post from Amplify. The posts with the text and visuals make it super easy to select exactly which post I want to choose. **What do you dislike about Hootsuite Amplify?** I wish there was a way to see which user made the largest impression from their post. I'm at a user level so maybe that's in the admin view? I wish I got an email to share posts that are related to the product or content I'm affiliated with. Example: if I want to only share posts on AI then I would love that to hit my email inbox or filter my my product. **What problems is Hootsuite Amplify solving and how is that benefiting you?** Amplify helps out GTM teams post and share company news and updates. We don't have to create posts from scratch. The marketing team has well designed images and videos and links that we can share with one easy click. This helps us spread the word across multiple profiles. ### 2. Our previous SMMP was Khoros, which didnt have an Advocacy tool intregrated. **What do you dislike about Hootsuite Amplify?** I think the interface could be a little nicer or refined, perhaps the weekly share goals could be developed further to compete on a variety of targets. In 2021, I would like to highlight the positive, big steps in the analytics area. **What do you dislike about Hootsuite Amplify?** In a multilingual country, it is rare to be able to communicate in English in rather small undertakings. From this perspective, the potential of Hootsuite cannot be fully exploited. **Recommendations to others considering Hootsuite Amplify:** Hootsuite and Amplify are comprehensive technical solutions that should and do simplify life with social media. If a company has little experience with social media and is looking for a step into a more digital age, I recommend a step-by-step rollout with better less than too many licenses at the beginning, as these can usually not be reduced (cost-friendly). **What problems is Hootsuite Amplify solving and how is that benefiting you?** Increase feed quality through more shared contributions from field offices. There is no measurable financial gain from the social media activities. Unfortunately, a simple step towards CRM and web application is not yet apparent. ### 10. We have a wide variety of tech fluency on our team, so the smooth onboarding, easy to navigate UX and overall simple function is what made the acceptance of this platform so natural. **What do you dislike about Hootsuite Amplify?** The only complaint is the fact that you cannot upload video for IG, and the team that sold me on the platform failed to mention that. I would love to see that addressed in the next 4 months. **What problems is Hootsuite Amplify solving and how is that benefiting you?** The main selling points are the solutions for us. Compliance, adoption of social media, conformity, social commerce, the whole package.
