I like how easy it is to use, and the functions are great. ITS WORTH THE MONEY.

It is web based and so you can manage it from anywhere, and it is flexible for any company size or configuration, so it works well for companies with multi-sites as well. It has a wide range of permission sets as well to account for several different roles at a company and for different responsibilities. It is a fairly good value because it helps us keep track of hundreds of temp workers and makes sure we are not being overcharged for them or giving them overtime when they shouldn't be getting it.

I love that with Homebase, everything can be done under one roof, so I don't have to switch between different software. I also like that their customer service is top-notch and always responds promptly when needed. The usability of their app and online version is great, making things simpler for me as a business owner. Additionally, the initial setup was very easy because they transferred everything over.
