I really like having so many of our employee management tools in one place. We manage a large team across multiple locations, and Homebase makes scheduling and communicating with employees much easier. Creating schedules, copying shifts from week to week, managing availability and time-off requests, and quickly communicating schedule changes all save us a significant amount of administrative time. The onboarding features are also extremely helpful. Being able to send new hires their paperwork electronically and have everything completed and stored in one place makes the process much more organized and efficient. We also use Homebase for team communication, time tracking, and keeping employee information easily accessible to our management team. We’ve found the platform to be reliable and haven’t experienced any significant performance issues. The pricing is reasonable for the number of features we use and the amount of administrative time it saves us. We choose not to integrate Homebase with our POS because the additional cost isn’t worthwhile for our needs, but we’re still able to get a lot of value from the platform without the integration. We don’t currently use the AI features, so I can’t speak to those specifically, but the core features we rely on work well and make managing our staff across multiple locations much more streamlined.

I like using Homebase for business because of the timeclock feature, which keeps track of employees since most of ours work on the road, allowing me to see where they clock in from. I find it easy to use and very versatile. The initial setup was very easy too.
