I use Homebase for a variety of functions. The tip pool feature is always accurate, saving me time by dividing tips evenly each time. I have used Homebase's hiring feature and their background checks in the past. It's also great for communicating with my team through the messenger portal. I manage time sheets, and the onboarding process is smooth with documents saved in the system to help onboard new staff members. We use the platform extensively for terminations as well. Homebase serves as an all-in-one solution for HR, helping create our handbook and allowing us to ask HR independent questions. The HR tool has been wonderful and is a paid feature we use. I track time sheets and use GPS tracking for clocking in and out, which is very cool because it keeps people from clocking in from locations outside of work. Homebase also handles our payroll taxes and reimbursements, making it an invaluable business partner. The initial setup was super easy with step-by-step instructions and video links. Furthermore, the customer service is fantastic; they're always willing to help with any issues that arise.

I like how Homebase solves the hassle of trying to keep up with scheduling. It's much easier for me to manage scheduling with it compared to other companies I've tried. I find the software very user-friendly, and I value the scheduling and timesheet tools since they're easy to use. Specific features like automated timesheets, Smart Time Clocks, Shift Management, and Availability are particularly valuable for me. Additionally, the initial setup was very easy.

The best part about Homebase is all of the different types of items it offers. It is nice to have a one-stop shop for timecards, managing tasks, running payroll, communicating important information to employees, and housing important documents.
