I use Homebase for payroll, and it helps us implement it effectively by giving us easy access to tools that record the employees' time and taxes. I like that it has an easy-to-use app and the geolocation for clocking in and out is particularly useful. The initial setup was very easy too.

I like Homebase's messaging feature the most. The swapping shifts feature and open shifts feature are great too. They make it super easy for employees to swap their shifts and find someone to cover open shifts. The whole process is very fair since I can message everyone at the same time about new shifts. It avoids unfairness of notifying one person first. Plus, as a manager, it takes a lot off my plate in terms of dealing with changing schedules. Overall, Homebase makes scheduling very easy, allowing for a bird's eye view of everyone's hours, which helps in fairly allocating shifts.

I love how clean the user end is. My team members love it. The ai tool is nice, and the scheduling performs exactly how I desire.
