The biggest benefit has been accelerating the path from insight to execution by enabling marketers to independently create audiences, generate content, and launch experiments without relying heavily on DS, Engineering, or Marketing Operations. For us, this has been especially valuable as we build out Lifecycle without significant additional headcount. Hightouch works best for teams with strong data foundations and clear use cases, as there is an initial ramp to establish workflows and guardrails.
