I like HCL BigFix’s centralized endpoint management and automation. Its real-time patch management helps me quickly find endpoints missing critical updates and deploy patches centrally, which reduces manual work and exposure to known vulnerabilities. I also value automated software deployment and compliance monitoring, which gives me visibility into endpoint configurations and patch status so I can identify non-compliant systems and prioritize remediation. I can manage a large number of endpoints from one console, identify missing patches quickly, improve endpoint security, maintain consistent security standards, and make IT operations more efficient.

I like that HCL BigFix brings patching, software deployment, compliance, and inventory together in one console, with cross-platform support. I can quickly see which endpoints are vulnerable or out of compliance, get a live inventory of devices, software, and patch updates, and automate OS and application patching across platforms. I can also push fixes after scanners find issues. Since moving from WSUS, I’ve appreciated the third-party patching from a single console, faster patch deployment, and faster remediation.
