I find HappyScribe excellent for automatically transcribing webinars, as it allows me to create text records and feed our knowledge base. It's beneficial because it replaces hours of human transcription with an automated version that speeds up delivery times. I like the flexible export formats that support multiple versions, like Word, TXT, SRT, which work well with subsequent tools. I also appreciate the collaborative editor with timestamps and subtitle export. From an IT perspective, it's crucial because it reduces the cycle between automatic generation and final publication. Setting up scripts for bulk uploads from cloud storage was quick and easy.

I use HappyScribe primarily for meeting notes, which helps me keep track of every detail discussed with stakeholders. I love the recording and transcript of each discussion. The transcript feature is a big time-saver, helping me create minutes of meetings (MOM) and share summaries with everyone present. It has reduced my time for writing MOM to just 5 minutes. It's also great for providing transcripts efficiently, especially since we often have conversations in non-English languages. The initial setup was very easy.
