I like the HappyScribe interface because it's simple and organized. It's just so easy to navigate and nice for the eyes. The initial setup was really easy from the very first step. I also use it to record video and sound, which is great in case the transcription doesn't work. I can always go back and watch the video of a meeting to hear what was agreed.
