I can record meetings from anywhere: Notetaker, Mobile app, or the web recorder. It works just as well for online calls as it does for in-person interviews. The team keeps adding new notetaker options and settings, and they update the mobile app regularly. It's great to watch the product keep getting better.

I like that HappyScribe accurately transcribes texts in minutes and enables me to translate content into multiple languages. It solves the problem of wasted time and exhaustion from annual transcription, now everything works well and quickly. I like the pressure sensitivity and interactive interface, and I find the built-in editor fantastic as the audio and text sync automatically without needing corrections, which is brilliant. I also love the ability to add custom glossaries with technical terms or internal company acronyms, which drastically reduces transcription errors. The initial setup was simple, requiring no IT intervention.
