I love the precision of HappyScribe, which is better than most meeting recorders I have used. I also appreciate the easy access to their API, which is very accurate and open. The transcriptions are very well written, and the feature that allows recognizing the speakers is really useful. Moreover, the setup is very easy and well-guided, which is appreciable.

I find HappyScribe excellent for automatically transcribing webinars, as it allows me to create text records and feed our knowledge base.
