I love the ease of use of HappyScribe. The interface has been quite helpful, and it's nice to know what it's capable of. The turnaround time is amazing, taking just about five minutes for a typical transcript, which allows us to quickly pass it on to our team to review. Additionally, the support has been really great, always responsive and quick to help us out or make changes we can't do on our own. The initial setup was very easy, and the ability to add glossaries has been helpful. I also appreciate the feature that allows us to create shared links, which is really helpful. Overall, HappyScribe has exceeded our expectations.
