I like how Firstbase is very responsive and helpful when there are issues; they act on it immediately. What works well with Firstbase is that there are periodic meetings with Firstbase agents to understand our concerns and what they can do better. The setup was very seamless.

It was easy to set up, and the Firstbase team successfully assisted us in transferring all our equipment information. I would give them 10 because it has made our work easier to manage, especially since we are no longer spending hours erasing/assessing computers and updating our portals. They ensure that everything is updated once a computer is returned.
