I am able to easily run reports on all the items that we have loaded in our software. We can also easily find any transaction or labor hours that technicians spend on a work order. I am able to reach out to customer service and receive a rapid response. I value the ability to route invoices to the correct department, and the scheduling feature is great because one click of an item can notify all parties involved that need to be alerted.

What I like best about FMX is that it gives us one central place to manage operations, communication, and accountability across the division. It has helped improve organization, tracking, preventive maintenance, inventory management, and response time while also creating better visibility for staff, faculty, and administration. FMX has become more than just a work order system for us — it supports planning, documentation, budgeting, asset tracking, and overall lab operations. The flexibility of the system allows us to adapt workflows to fit the needs of our instructional labs while keeping everything documented and easy to track. One of the biggest strengths is that it helps move requests and projects from “hallway conversations” into a structured process so items are less likely to get missed.

It is very organized and more than one administration can use the system at a time.
