FMX is very easy to use in all modules. Work flow is easy to track. The support staff is awesome to speak with as they always have solutions on hand or are quick to find one when needed. I used another provider before and it was a mess. We use multiple modules, but we get the most use out of the Work Order module which we use daily. This allows us to track progress on issues and make sure they are followed up with and resolved in a timely manner. I had some reservations when switching from the other platform but the success team was able to complete the work for us and provdied for a quick, seamless intergration.

FMX is very user friendly. I love that it can be customized to be as simple or as complex as you want it to be.

FMX was very easy to implement and the process was quite quick compared to some other software platforms. Early in our use the customer support team was fantastic and really worked with us to tailor the system for our needs. We really like that we can funnel reactive maintenance, tech requests, preventative maintenance and a central calendar system into one site. It is very simple for our staff to learn and use and they do so daily. The equipment function has really allowed us to have build histories for what was done when which really helps with troubleshooting and future planning. The PM section has allowed us to easily develop a very robust and comprehensive planned maintenance approach.
