For our maintenance and facilities requests, we need a way to track events and issues across our corporate office by quickly reviewing our calendar and the email reminders we receive.

I really like how FMX enables us to manage and triage our maintenance, reservation, tech, and substitute requests. It's great that the whole organization can add requests and our FMX admin can monitor and schedule these requests efficiently and in an organized way. The maintenance requests feature is particularly useful because it allows us to assess the time spent on projects, the cost, and the associated upkeep. Moreover, the reservation requests are very beneficial, saving us time and helping avoid space conflicts. We can reserve spaces in real-time, which ensures they are ready as needed for various plays, projects, and activities.

What I like most is how customizable the platform is. We have been able to build QR inspections, track equipment across multiple locations, manage facility requests from staff, and create reporting dashboards that help us understand workload and response times. Having everything centralized has made communication much easier between facility managers and leadership.
