I appreciate the ability to customize the product and how easy it is for our staff to use. Support is also very responsive and thorough in providing solutions.

The customizability and the customer service!

I believe FMX is incredibly user-friendly, which makes it easy for everyone in the organization to use. Their service is top-notch, and I’ve never had an issue getting an answer back. The AI helper, Iris, is a very good function. The implementation stage went extremely easily, and they helped throughout the process. It's easy to train people on how to use FMX, so I’m not the only one using it. People in the organization can fill out work orders and access information with ease. I also like the filter function on the search bar, which is great for finding work orders, schedules, or calendar dates. Those are all really great additions to the software. I love the product.
