I think Evaluagent is a solid tool, mainly for the QA of L1 agents. The QA feature is something I value the most.

I like that I can track and monitor my improvement over time. It lets me see whether the feedback has actually led to a better score.

I like that EvaluAgent is simple and really streamlined, without a bunch of confusing buttons. It's all in one place, which is a huge help, especially when dealing with a high volume of tickets and bouncing between different agents. It makes it easier to navigate without the need to constantly refresh pages. The initial setup was extremely simple, just involving entering my email address and name.
