It is useful for many reasons, can view our quality and pass scores. I can see the kpi report, able to view feedback that I receive from the calls that are marked. I get feedback from my supervisors and there is a record of it so I can see what areas I need to improve on. We can give our suggestions/ideas to improve evaluagent.
