I find evaluagent pretty helpful and easy to use for work. It's very user-friendly, and we use it for our modules to help us learn. I also appreciate the pointing system that motivates us to perform better. The initial setup was very easy too, all I had to do was type in my email. I'm so pleased with it that I would rate it a 10, or even an 11 if I could.

I liked the greyed out parts of the conversation as it easily helps you stay focused on the person you're evaluating. Metrics are looking great too!
