As a member of the Operations Amendment Team at loveholidays, we have recently been using EvaluAgent to assess and improve the caliber of our customer service. All things considered, the platform has greatly enhanced our daily operations, and I'm quite happy with it. I liked the greyed out parts of the conversation as it easily helps you stay focused on the person you're evaluating. Metrics are looking great too!

I think the fact that EvaluAgent keeps the data centralized is very important to me. I also like being able to export and share data consistently without having to go through layers of BI and development work. It makes the process much easier, and being able to train people to use the platform very quickly is very useful. EvaluAgent simplifies the process of keeping things up to date and makes it easier to train new people around the platform. The initial setup was very straightforward and very positive, even for someone new or in a partial admin role. Each step of setup was straightforward.
