JazzHR: Streamlined Recruitment with Minor Hiccups

What I like most about JazzHR is that we can access the pipeline and communicate and document all in one place, as well as use the interview guides. Having a pipeline allows us to reinvite candidates for positions that reopen or for additional headcount, and leverage them for new opportunities with candidates that applied in the past. The interview guides are great because we can update them and keep them posted in real time for managers during interviews. This helps conduct interviews in a real-time setting and saves time with documenting accordingly. I also found the initial setup of JazzHR amazing, definitely a 10 out of 10.

Intuitive Dashboard Makes Recruiting a Breeze

I like the simplicity of JazzHR's interface, which is really easy to navigate around. The active dashboard is great, allowing me to click through new applications, the active ones, and the old ones easily. Sorting through alphabetized applications makes my job smoother. The initial setup was very easy too.
