Streamlined Candidate Management with Lever

I enjoy that Lever makes it easy to track email messages, so we can tell if candidates have opened the message or if it's left unopened, which is really helpful when sending messages about interviews or reminders. This feature supports our candidate management and enhances the candidate experience that we value. I also appreciate having everything in one place, which avoids the hassle of looking across different platforms for material. This consolidated space for all information makes the experience much more streamlined and helps to create a more concise experience.

Streamlined Recruiting with Outstanding Usability

I like Lever because of its ease of use. It's pretty user-friendly and intuitive, making it easy to find things and quick to load. It also helps me keep things organized. Compared to other systems I've used throughout my career, I like Lever a lot. It's easy to share with a team, categorize into buckets, tag each other, and keep all candidate notes, emails, and contacts in one place. I like how easy it is to schedule through Lever, keeping everyone on the same page and eliminating the need for debriefs and additional emails. This has really streamlined things a lot. The initial setup was super easy.

I like the flexibility JazzHR offers to integrate multiple systems within our ATS, like Workday HCM, which makes our recruitment process more efficient and faster. The initial setup was easy, which was a significant plus.
