All-In-One ATS Solution with a User-Friendly Interface

I like that Lever has everything we might need all in one place, which makes it very user-friendly. It's a system created by those who understand recruitment needs, saving a lot of time for both the management and recruitment teams. The tagging system and candidate tracking features are particularly helpful, as they allow us to keep an eye on candidate flow and recruiter workloads across all recruitment stages without jumping between tools. Also, editing job posts in Lever and pushing them to necessary job boards is simple, enabling us to track where candidates are coming from efficiently. Overall, we find it the best solution compared to everything we've tried.
