Essential for Development Team Health, Needs Better Reporting
I like using DX for evaluating the health of our development teams as it highlights problem areas and allows us to always be upgrading. It provides a low-stress and regular way of providing feedback to management by integrating information from our CI/CD and Task management applications with the qualitative feedback from the team. I appreciate that it compares our company to industry standards, which is a useful data point in highlighting what's working and what needs attention. The reminders from our administrator really help with completion rates.

I use DX as a support platform that is very comprehensive, and what I like most is that through DX we can gain insights that we wouldn't have with other tools. The platform also offers many tips and suggestions on how to direct each action in relation to each driver, which is extremely useful. When we carry out the screening process to direct and prioritize the drivers, the tool provides many suggestions on how to work in the short, medium, and long term to solve possible problems or aspects to improve, in addition to AI insights.
