DX is a comprehensive support platform that delivers valuable insights, practical tips, and AI-driven suggestions. It helps me prioritize the most important areas and provides clear guidance on short-, medium-, and long-term improvements. The snapshots are highly effective and help us prioritize pain points when building our roadmaps. Creating and managing surveys is also valuable, enabling our infrastructure team to adopt a stronger product mindset. The interface is intuitive and easy to use, and the Slack integration works well, ensuring good participation in snapshots. Performance has been solid with no issues so far. I haven’t explored the AI or automated features yet, but it’s something I plan to focus on this year.
