All Engineering Metrics in One Place with DX—TrueThroughput, Delivery & Custom Dashboards
DX brings all relevant engineering metrics into one place. I mainly use it to track throughput (especially TrueThroughput) and delivery metrics, and correlate them with AI adoption. Data Studio is also very useful for building custom dashboards and using the AI chatbot to explore specific questions.

Insightful AI Adoption Reports, But Metrics Can Feel Overwhelming
There are many metrics and I especially liked the AI adoption reports. The Claude Code adoption report was the only way I could get a sense of how much the members of my team are using Agentic AI.

The data visualization is everything. The insights tab, as well as going to the Snapshots section and reviewing each Driver and how it compares within the company and the industry is extremely helpful. I have been able to prioritize specific goals and see results as soon as the next Snapshot happens. We now have a no-meetings on Wednesdays policy to help drive Deep work. We also started bringing engineers earlier in the planning phase with our product and design partners. Noting down areas of focus and bringing them to our team retros really has set us up for success.
