I can try to explain what I think is going on with the team or a specific individual based on the data. It also works the other way around: I can spot important data points that make me go and validate whether there’s a problem, or maybe actually a breakthrough. I can use the data to convince peers and my managers when they see it differently, or when I need to push them in a certain direction.

It’s really helpful for showing different metrics for our sprint board in Jira. It also makes it easier for the team to check which factors we need to focus on more to achieve our velocity.

DX is a comprehensive support platform that delivers valuable insights, practical tips, and AI-driven suggestions. It helps me prioritize the most important areas and provides clear guidance on short-, medium-, and long-term improvements. The snapshots are highly effective and help us prioritize pain points when building our roadmaps. Creating and managing surveys is also valuable, enabling our infrastructure team to adopt a stronger product mindset. The interface is intuitive and easy to use, and the Slack integration works well, ensuring good participation in snapshots. Performance has been solid with no issues so far. I haven’t explored the AI or automated features yet, but it’s something I plan to focus on this year.
