I use Dovetail for research synthesis and consumption. I like that it has become a centralized location for all our research data. I find Dovetail incredibly valuable for its ability to streamline the process from customer interviews to extracting insights and saving both time and money. The use of AI to quickly summarize and extract common themes from customer feedback is immensely helpful.
