The transition from our previous platform was smooth, thanks to the supportive team from Derdack, making the initial setup very easy despite not transferring old configurations. The platform is simplistic yet robust. It integrates with everything and allows both high-level, sweeping as well as extremely granular controls of alerts. Setup is quick and easy, and if you needed to, you could run with it out of the box for a while. Their customer support team and customer management folks are super helpful and stick with you long after the setup is complete. What I think I appreciated most, is that when we were building a POC and testing the features, they gave us space to play and try things out. I wasn't hounded by the sales folks to purchase. They let the product speak for itself. When you're setting up a tool that is potentially going to get you out of bed at 2am on Christmas eve, you want to make sure that its a companion, not a nuisance.
