Effortless Feedback Gathering that Enhances Engagement

I use Customer Thermometer to measure customer engagement for our recruitment business. It allows us to gather feedback and sentiment along the customer journey in a super simple and effective way. I like that it lets us gather actionable data through the customer journey that we can use to enhance our retention strategy. Recruitment is all about engagement and retention, and having a quick, easy survey that pinpoints specific sentiment during the sales process helps us gauge how our clients and candidates feel about our service. This allows us to pivot where necessary to improve the journey and increase positive outcomes. Additionally, we can embed it into Outlook and use live push notifications in Teams across our sales team, which is quite convenient. The initial setup was super easy too.

Nice idea, poorly executed. For measuring general customer sentiment the product appears suitable.
