It helps people feel safe speaking up, and it delivers actionable information with year-over-year tracking so we can see progress over time. Overall, it’s been a game changer for us. The platform is easy to use, the integration was seamless, and it was hands down the best value for money. The coach feature (AI tool) has been an incredible add-on, and the support we receive from the people scientists is truly second to none.

Our employees love the ease of the user design and the enhanced AI coach allows employees to have an additional layer of support when reviewing survey results. As an administrator, the pricing is fair and is completely worth the added data analytics we have access to for our people.

I really like the flexibility of the platform. It’s easy to make changes to surveys, performance forms, and other types of forms without much effort. From both an admin and end-user perspective, it’s relatively straightforward to use, and the platform training is very robust and helpful.
