What I like best about Culture Amp is the survey software itself, it's intuitive and makes it easy to gather meaningful feedback. I also really value the ability to benchmark our results against industry standards, which gives us useful context we wouldn't have otherwise. That said, the thing that's helped us the most has been their customer success team. They're responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in helping us get the most out of the platform.

Plus, CultureAmp continues to add value to their products and services -- continuously innovating and improving their products and the value they provide to HR, Leaders, and all Employees. The ROI and pricing when compared to other HRIS systems is a great value and the integrations work well and are supported by their team. While its been many years since we launched, the support and onboarding was really solid and their customer service is very responsive. Their most recent enhancements within performance and utilization of their AI Coach is better than any other system or HR tool.
