Culture Amp is a very intuitive platform with a lot of thought obviously put behind it. Between the help guides, AI coach, and AI help tool, I feel supported to build out review cycles, surveys, and 360s. When my team feels that a product could be improved, Culture Amp's team is willing and eager to receive our feedback and, on many occasions, we've seen that feedback be quickly implemented. Every tool works together to create an impactful employee experience for our company where people can own their growth and thrive in their roles.

I like that everything is in one place, from all the surveys to coaching tools, and the support from real-life people like account managers and people scientists. It's great to know you're never alone if you need help or have questions. I also appreciate the expansive knowledge base, which allows me to find quick answers, sometimes within a minute. Additionally, the customer service is outstanding. Implementing Culture Amp was super easy, with reliable support to answer questions and help with any roadblocks, making the onboarding process smooth.
