I found Culture Amp to be a very user-friendly system. I especially liked being able to run employee surveys and to be able to see per location results to identify issues.

While its been many years since we launched, the support and onboarding was really solid and their customer service is very responsive. Their most recent enhancements within performance and utilization of their AI Coach is better than any other system or HR tool.
