Easy to use once you dig in, the dashboards are clean and simple to read, and setting up surveys doesn't eat up your whole afternoon like some other tools do.

What I like best about Culture Amp is the survey software itself, it's intuitive and makes it easy to gather meaningful feedback. I also really value the ability to benchmark our results against industry standards, which gives us useful context we wouldn't have otherwise.
