Craft.io is a great help for managing our product work. We use the tool with daily frequency to keep track of developments, and it has enough features to cover pretty much everything we need, it is in the sweet spot between simple and powerful. It is very easy to use, with a clean and straightforward UI, so getting started did not take long. Integrating it with our company process was smooth too, which is a big plus to onboard when you start to use it. In this phase, we particularly appreciated the role of customer support too, quick and effective.

Our representative, Amos, was responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in helping us succeed with the platform. Their guidance made the initial setup smooth and set us up for long-term success.

The onboarding experience was awesome and a new standard. One of the reasons we have struggled in the past with product management tools are getting out of the tool what we need with little or no guidance and working with Craft has been the complete opposite experience.
