The Launch -> Initiative -> Epic hierarchy gives leadership and the cross-functional stakeholders a clear view of product development and launch activities, and it has increased collaboration across teams. The flexible data model can be quickly configured to make needs and changes in approach. Additionally, Craft has helped us convert our top of funnel intake and ideas into a robust backlog. The custom views are genuinely best in class — flexible enough to present at an executive level for strategic alignment, but detailed enough underneath to support day-to-day activities. The Jira integration ties it all together, letting demand and strategy flow seamlessly into execution. Finally, the Craft Team is outstanding. They show a strong commitment to their client's success and they are always available when we need assistance.

I like the way we can configure Craft.io to our own company's ways of working. This configuration and the ability to sync across to Azure DevOps are key for us as a business; separating the backlog management in Product Management from the engineering work that takes place is very helpful.
