You can tell Condens is built by people who really care about user experience. It's intuitive to use with a good depth of features which is regularly being improved. I particularly appreciate the new AI features which have made synthesis easier, and integrations with platforms like google and slack. It's also very speedy!

The Condens AI makes it possible to see where AI takes the data from and this makes you being in control at all times as you can delete and edit certain parts. The base AI analysis is really good too especially for open questions in unmoderated tests. Extremely helpful is the option to put all your analysis in a Condens report so you don't have to create pixel perfect PowerPoint slides anymore. We switched recently to this approach and our clients love it. Also the translation to almost any language for unmoderated usability video tests we do frequently helps us capture a broader range of user feedback, which also gets more accurate as users can simply express themselves in their native language (e.g. Japanese to English/German). Subtitles included so you know exactly what they said at which point of the user journey.
