We chose Condens over others because while it has robust qualitative analysis tools, it also has a fairly simple, intuitive, approachable interface (which is great for easing onboarding for non-researchers). I also really appreciate their thoughtful approach to weaving in AI for modest efficiency gains while ensuring human control & judgment is still front and center, compared to many other tools I've seen that really force it and roll out AI in clunky, ineffective ways that overpromise or show they don't have a deep grasp on when/where AI is truly appropriate in research.
