Halfbaked. Not Production ready, after 4-5 months of use review

At first Chatwoot seemed like the best solution on the market (after thorough market research) and the 2nd solution is Intercom. The pricing is superior and there are no nonsense hidden fees. I also liked the open-source model since our use case requires high customization, and overall, the features is a good match for us and get the job done without too much complicated unnecessary features.
