I have been working with Centrical for over a year now, and work on implementing a brand new narritve. The customer & techinical support that they provided during the process was fantastic. I was not part of the original team implementing gameON but from my experience, it was fast, informed, targeted and made it fit for purpose for my business. Centrical is a easy platform for staff to utilise and with the number of features it provides, it creates the perfect balance between work, reward & recognition. We have seen a huge increase in engagement, recognitions and success by creating a targeted approach on how we embed and track KPI's. We have tapped into various products they offer to increase staff empowerment to take control of their training and embedment and upskill themselves. Leaders found the ease of integrating thei coaching opportunities into the platform by creating specific missions, and our onboarding managers have promoted the use of evaluations during the probation period.

Centrical is a fantastic platform for providing real-time recognition and reward to employees. The software allows you to gamify performance management, motiviate people to learn and open up new avenues for communication. We love the shop, it creates a real buzz in the office when people can spend their rewards on things they want. The Centrical team are wonderful too. They're very supportive not just through rollout, they stick around and are proactively engaged throughout.
