I really like what I get for the price with Carepatron. I enjoy the ability to create my own forms and assessments within the app. I also appreciate how I can add services and customize my billing, documentation, and intake forms, as well as assessments. I like that I can add CPT codes and that there's an AI program to help with session notes. Everything's fairly easy to use and comes at a good price.

It's so easy to use and so customizable. I like all the templates we can choose from and the ability to create our own. I like how I can edit my availability precisely and syncing my Google calendar so it's all in one spot. I also have used the help feature often, even though it's an AI bot, it's been super helpful.

Carepatron has been a breath of fresh air as I build my solo therapy practice. The customer service has been great; I appreciate working with individuals assigned to me rather than a different representative each time I need assistance. They have been very responsive in helping me and answering my questions, and the actual platform and tools are user-friendly and feel unlimited.
